Heather Doram Art
Heather Doram is a mixed media artist whose art is multi-textural. It speaks to the social realities in her world and spirit.
Heather Doram MFA, GCM, is an internationally acclaimed artist from Antigua and Barbuda, known for blending traditional techniques with contemporary themes. Her work explores the complexities of Black femininity and societal shifts. A graduate of SCAD, Heather has exhibited globally and earned numerous accolades, including representing her college at the Venice Biennale. Beyond visual art, she is also an actress and advocate for arts education, continuing to inspire both artists and women, leaving a lasting impact on her community and beyond.
The Logo
The Heather Doram Art logo is designed to be dynamic and adaptable, reflecting Heather's evolving artistic journey. It features her signature alongside the word "Art" in a bold block typeface, creating a unique blend of personal and professional elements. The logo is responsive, with multiple variations, including single-color designs, versions where the word "Art" is filled with Heather's artwork, and options with or without a background. This versatility ensures the logo seamlessly adapts to any platform or medium, embodying the flexibility and depth of Heather’s artistry.
Adult Colouring Books
I had the pleasure of leading the creation of The Heather Doram Caribbean Collection Coloring Books. I provided creative guidance and direction as Heather developed her hand-drawn coloring pages. Once the drawings were complete, I digitized and carefully organized them into four distinct adult coloring books, each with its own unique Caribbean-inspired theme.
I managed the production process by setting up the books on Kindle Direct Publishing, making them available for purchase on Amazon. Additionally, I integrated a direct purchase link on Heather’s website to make it easier for her audience to access the books.

During my time as the graphic designer for The Heather Doram Art website, I created an engaging and visually cohesive online store using Wix Studio. I collaborated closely with a freelancer to address any technical and back-end challenges, ensuring that the site operated smoothly. The website functions as an e-commerce hub, showcasing Heather's vibrant artwork on various products such as apparel, accessories, and household items. These products are available for purchase, allowing customers to wear, gift, and decorate with Heather's art.
To manage the production and fulfillment of these products, I integrated Printify, a Print on Demand service, ensuring a seamless process. I also took charge of designing and customizing the different items available on the site, making sure that they presented Heather's art in the best possible way. Additionally, I conducted thorough testing of the website and resolved any bugs to guarantee a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience for visitors.
